It´s all about balance, man.
I think it is important to see what is going around us, and realize that we don´t have to take the role we are given and limit ourselves in that way. At the same time, see the beauty and possibilities we are surrounded with, and nurture this. Small changes make big changes. Focus on your and other peoples strengths instead of weaknesses (still being able to acknowledge and work on weaknesses; for beneficial development, not struggling for perfection. Perfect is imperfect.)
Instead of seeing differences as a barrier, use it to learn from eachother and focus on what we can build together. Sharing and supporting, but also independence and responsibility.
Our ego inflicts conflicts within ourselves, and thereafter with others. Also, what we see in another person or get from their communication is based on our own perceptions (influenced by a number of factors) and is not necessarily a fact. What is a fact? Maybe it´s not so important to state so many facts, but rather ask questions and see things from different perspectives.
Is the such a thing as absolute truth?
